When are credits deducted?

Credits are only deducted when a lead is actually delivered to you (3 credits) or when you run a deal analysis (5 credits). Placing a bid costs nothing — you only pay when you win.

What is the minimum bid?

The minimum bid is 3 credits ($3) per lead. This is the floor set per market by the platform admin. You can bid higher to outrank competitors and win exclusive control of a market.

How does winner-takes-all bidding work?

The highest bidder in each market wins exclusive control. Every new lead that drops in that market goes directly to them at their bid price. If you're outbid, you stop receiving leads until you counter-bid.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable but never expire. You can use them at any time across any market or for deal analyses.

When will Stripe payments be available?

Stripe integration is coming very soon. In the meantime, contact the admin to have credits manually added to your account.
